Very new to SW just now and trying at home for a week before starting officially so I don't become overwhelmed. Hoping to read through the feeds on here but wonder if someone could tell me the syn value of the Brooklea Tube-it kids yoghurts from Aldi?
I don't eat much dairy at all but would this count as a Hex a? Yoghurt details below to help :

I can find Brooklea fromage frais tubes, not yoghurt though, Strawberry/vanilla 9 pack - 1.5 syns each. Unfortunately it seems the mousse isn't listed. Good luck with your losses x
