Vibrofit coming on Monday!

Ok I my seem mad, and I'm hoping this is not another fad but as of Monday I have hired a vibrofit machine for 4 weeks! I have heard good things about them and I am sceptical but gonna give it a whirl! After all cant make me fatter can it! x

I'm ashamed to say I own one and don't use it I dust it when cleaning the conservatory....But I've heard used regular the results are amazing........so why am I not on mine now drrrrrrrrrrrrr :-0

Ok, to test the vibrofit thing out. I am going to start logging my measurements every monday. See if this thing works and if its worth the money!

Hmm vibrofit arrived, I went on said vibrofit. Vibrofit made a really loud noise. Husband went mad. I had to get off vibrofit. Not a good start!
