vitamin C ?

Hi all, I was just wondering if anybody knows if there are any syns in effervescent vit c (the plunk fizz ones) I cant find it in any of my books. Thanks in advance x

Have a look at the ingredients. Do they have sugar in them? Do they give a calorie content?

If they do have sugar in them then you can apply the 20 calories = 1 syn rule.
