Im new to minimins, I'm wanting to lose about 2.5 stone on a vlcd, i would like to do one with a good variety of soups, shakes and bars, but I am coeliac and so far the ones I have research are limited to a small number of shakes.
Would also prefer to avoid those with lots of artificial ingredients - can any one help me to decide?
