Vodka,sliced lemon and nairs oat biscuits/cakes

just a few questions :

can i put a slice of lemon in my water?

can i drink vodka (i have a friends 30th coming up)

and whilst i was out shopping today i noticed nairs oak biscuits and oat cake and wondered would i be able to eat them?

Lemon in the water is allowed according to my book.

Vodka is a no-no

And without the nutrition info from the oat biscuits and cakes I couldn't say for sure but probably also no. Most oat cakes I know use a lot of butter and honey/sugar in the ingredients.

But if your gonna stick to vodka and not wine!!! That's what I do but defo not Dukan allowed - oooohhhh I love breaking the rules just occasionally!!!! Gonna drink lots and lots of water to try and avoid the hangover though!!!LOL!!

There's a recipe for crispbread made from Oatbran if that helps? I made it and had it with homemade mackerel pate and it was really nice as a snack!
