Just wondered if anyone knew the syn value for the Waitrose Frozen Pea & Asparagus Risotto. I have had a good look through the forums already but I am unable to find the information anywhere.

Do you have the full nutritional information and main ingredient as listed.

It just needs to be put into the syns calculator.

So just post on here if of cant access yourself
