Warbotons sandwich thins

Hi. Does anyone know if warbatons sandwich slices can count as an healthy extra? I know they are five syns. Could really do with them being a HE.

No cos they arnt wholemeal. They're white.

You get brown ones as well but no, they're not a HEB either

I think it is because there is not enough fibre in them. All the hex are quite high in fibre.

Yeah HEB's are selected carefully for their high fiber and Low fat/low sugar content. So I would presume these don't have enough fibre or the fat/sugar content is too high.
