afternoon everyone, i still really struggle with my water intake and have to scour the shops looking for the malic acid water, as soon as i find a shop that sells it they stop! but i thought i would let you know icelands do a really lovely water(they used to do another one but stopped),this one is made by trederwen essence and the one thats malic acis is the red apple flavour and omg its lovely! really fruity, they do other flavours but they are citric acid..anyway just thought id mention is as this one will really help me getting my water down me everyday xxx

Thanks! I'll keep an eye out for that as I have yet to find a single one I can have, and there is an Iceland on the way home from the schoolrun!

ive been sipping away at it while ive been reading through the forum and ive just finished off a 2l bottle already..happy days! xx
