I am really struggling with the water as I seem to be in the loo all the time ( I mean every 10-15 mins lol) this is a pain at work!
I don't seem to be as bad if I drink other things what else are we allowed on slim and save?
 
It does get better... I was the same to start with but I only go probably no more than twice more than usual... Initially I was getting stressed that I was having to get up at least once over night but now I don't at all... I try and drink as much as I can in the morning so it's out of the way too :)
 
I drank 2 litres before 2pm and the other litre over the rest of the day and was up 4 times in the night have woke with a rotten headache and not sure if that's lack of sleep or the change in food intake!
I started this diet 3 month ago and then stopped cos I had a kidney infection so not sure if these are all signs that I am not compatable with the diet
 
It could be a recurrence of the kidney infection. But I also had to pee sooo often! It got better though. Headache means you are going into ketosis :)
 
I still get days where I no sooner sat back down & need another pee, I tell people thats how ya lose weight... running to the loo every 10 minutes :)

It does slow down as the days go on & your body adjusts to so much extra liquid.
 
yeah its such a pain, gets me running out of bed in the morning!
It does get better, if you weren't doing this diet at all and suddenly increased your water intake (as many of us probably dont drink enough, I know I dont) you would be running to the loo more, but then your body gets used to it.
Its better to drink gradually too
