ProPoints Wedding bod here I come

Hi all,

I am getting married in september in Spain and I need to get stuck into ww and stay focused until the wedding. I am hoping writing a food diary will keep me on track and hopefully can pick up some tips from members. So here it goes..... Breakfast:
Milk 3pp
Porridge 3pp
Grapes 0pp
Tea 0pp

Pre gym:
Banana 0pp
Coffee 0pp

Lunch:
Soup 0p
Salad 0pp
Lentils 2pp
Tuna 1pp
Yogurt 1pp

Cinema:
Rice cakes 3pp
Coke zero 0pp

Dinner:
Chicken 4pp
Potatoes 6pp
Veg 0pp

Snack:
Pear 0pp
Orange 0pp

I am having a curly wurly about 9pm with the last bit of milk for a cup of tea so that's 26pp used today
 
Yea I tend to eat foods that fill me up as I work out about 6 days a week! I went to see this is the end it was funny at the start but nobody warned me it was a bit scary (I get frightened very easily) so I won't be seeing it again lol

Thanks hun x never been too fuerteventura but came back from tenerife (kinda near?) end of may was really nice and surprisingly very very hot i was badly burnt and got sunstroke even though wearing factor 30!... did you make your own curry and rice? I should really start making more things make it interesting x
 
Heya Hun yea I made my own curry just with curry powder, cumin, chillis, coriander, chicken, 2 tinned tomatoes (as I made it for two days dinners for myself and partner) and lots of veg and I threw in some frozen spinach aswell and it was gorg

Yea it's so yummy! Oh and I added a chicken stock cube jst with a lil bit of water! Hope you enjoy it

i have weigh in in an hour and then im getting my hair done so i wont have a chance to post my food diary so heres how today has gone:

Breakfast:

i will have chicken curry and rice 10pp after weigh in and then i have 6pp left which il prob have after getting my hair done.

0.5lb up rage anyway sure il work extra hard next week (apart from my uncles wedding on fri)

Sorry bout WI but don't worry bout it. So many things can account for a half pound on.
Also be aware if you work out so much you need to make sure you're getting enough into your body-under eating can stop you losing aswel :D x
 
Looked at your stats. Are you only 3lbs from goal? That's great :D
 
Yea 3.5 now tho but il get there eventually I have two bad weekends ahead of me so Im just gona enjoy them as my leader says if you have plans for the weekend be a weight watcher until 5pm and you shouldn't do too much damage!!!
Yea your right I worked out 6 days out of 7 so this week in goin to just go to the gym every second day

On the plus side my sister joined last week and lost 4.5lb tonight I was so happy for her as she totally changed everything about her diet and it all payed off

That's very good saying from your leader. I do try that as best I can. :D
You're very good to go to gym but ya it takes a bit of tweaking to work out how much you need to eat to balance out the exercise you do. But I still don't have mine sorted. ;)

Yea and it was great to see how happy she was so I'm trilled for her!
I was thinking aswell that I went to the gym on Monday night and weighed in on tues so I was feeling stiff which prob didnt help at all

Today I was good food wise. The kids in work had chicken curry for their dins and chips and beans for their tea and I stayed very strong as they are my two fav things!!

Well done on resisting the foods at work-its so hard when you're there. Were you able to cook your fish at work or did u eat after?
I work in fully functioning house so I find it great to be able to cook there if I need To make Something different to what's on menu.
 
No Hun we have a chief that cooks for the kids and gives so to staff when there's extra. I whipped out the chewing gum and distracted myself lol
