I am back on my calorie and exercising diet too, no more booze, cakes, bread..just hope I can reach my goals - tried a june and july but didnt manage to lose that much was really eating well and exercising loads lost about half a stone though so not all a waste, fed up of everyone making an excuse for me now though - ''you've just had a baby and will take a while to get back''
