Week 1 - exercise

IM only on my 2nd day but was wondering, do I have to exercise to lose in my first week. Coz by the time I get home from work I'm shattered and just Wana sit down!! But obviously I want to lose! In going to exercise the weekend and hopefully by next week I'll have more energy to use the wii

I've done absolutely nothing in my first week, and still lost, plus for half of it I felt rubbish and couldnt have done any anyway.... :)
 
Exante say you shouldn't do any in your first 2 weeks

R you feeling better now?! How much did u lose?! I did CWP a while ago and stuck to it, but only for 5weeks, now 18months later I've put the weight back on!! Need the majority of it shifted for a hen doo abroad in 10weeks time!!! ?
 
Yep much better now, was just days 2-4 I felt rough. Well I'm not supposed to weigh til tomorrow as I started last friday, but weighed yesterday and I'd lost 17lbs. And when I say I did nothing..... I literally did nothing lol, apart from sleep lots, especially the first few days! How are you finding it so far? Good luck!!

17lbs!!! That's amazing well done!!! Yea I'm finding it fine. Really cold tonight, sitting here in layers and had to turn my heating up!I can't believe how many times I'm going the toilet!! I'm not used to drinking so much water!im exercising at work walking to the loo and back 10 times today! Lol.
 
Hi,

I may think differant than most.
It may be because I am a man LOL, or my back ground.

But I feel a small amount min (20 mins) a day helps at the start helps kick start the process.
Nothing strenuas to start just a walk or light exercises.

But this is just me, but it seems to work.

Like I say every 1 is different.
Until my injury it was like a drug training to me so I enjoy it and will again.
Only passed on my thoughts not recommendations.
