Week 1 weigh in......

Really nervous this morning, first weigh in after being on sole source for 7 days - BUT i lost 9lb and 1 inch from my waist! Can't believe it!!!!

Awh well done! I have my first weigh next tuesday. Ive had to force myself to stay away from the scales until next week. I hope i have a loss as good as yours xx
