Week 1

Evening guys,

Okies so I got my taster packs the other day. I decided today would be a great day to start it. So far iv had the strawberry shake and a truffle bar. Am finding it really hard already just want to pig out but I'm going to give it a good go. I work nights so I start work at 8pm so I'm going to have a meal around that time with my veg and a shake around 11ish, does it matter what times you have these meals ect. Iv heard the first couple of days are hard cos your body is craving lots of different foods. ATM a salad sounds so tasty Right now lol. Wish me luck guys and hope all you guys are doing brill. Will keep you posted.

The first couple of days are hard but believe me it gets easier! Im on day 11 and I've just sat with my family who have all had a three course meal and it didn't even bother me...before i would have ate mine and all the left overs! Stick with it its worth it
 
If you want a bit of salad have one!!! It'll help!!!

You can do this... stick at it.... you wont regret it!! X
