Here we go again!
Second week done and dusted and 3lbs off. Very happy with that as only 1 more pound to get and that's my first stone gone. I know from hereon in it's pure fat that is going so I'm happy with my results so far.
Feeling great on exante, full of energy and my skin is good now too. Some side effects of this are great!
Got about another 10 weeks on this (I think) but we'll see how things go. I don't have a set target weight this time, don't want the pressure.
