Week 4 weigh in

I lost 3lb. I would have liked more but I have lost 16lb in 28 days. My CDC suggested I go onto SS+ as I am exercising (it's yoga once a week!). I personally don't feel ready for it, I am having the odd piece of chicken or egg when hungry and I asked her if I should eat these after exercise, she said not to pick and choose the plans, it's either SS or SS+. I'm not so sure, I feel I do what's right for my body (I eat when hungry!).... What do you guys think??

Any advice would be appreciated x

My CDC said to eat something from the ss+ menu when u really need it like u have been doing. I would just say your doing what she wants u too and just carry on as you want too. Everyone's different and you know you own body. As long as your not overdoing it with the picking at bits from ss+ I don't really see the issue.

I dont see how it will hurt you to have SS+ days when you exersise or even when you just have a hungry day , surely its better than feeling like crap and falling off plan completely?

Thank you. I'm all confused because she said if I don't eat enough my body will hang on to the calories and I won't lose?!

she sounds a bit puddled herself lol
I do aquafit 3-4 times a week and I always have an omlette those days...I know that after exersise you metabolise faster and that has been working ok for me....on days where Im not exersising I dont always have the SS+ meal if I dont want it.
I know its a completely diff subject but I watched Jodie Marsh on this body building thing the other day...she was losing weight for some contest and once a week she had to have a cheat meal to kick start her metabolism up.....so I dont realy see how that would work for her ( and other athletes ) if your body was going to hold on to the calories.....we need myth busters! hehe

She does sound a bit muddled!!

What you do sounds sensible to me. I do finally feel strong enough on SS to do some exercise so I'll eat after it and again only if I'm ravenous!

And do you have your 3 cambridge meals a day?

I think thats the best way...tune in to your own body eh:)
and yeah I always make sure to have all 3 packs...I did exante once and couldnt stomach the 3 a day and my hair started going all thin...it freaked me out so much I never skip packs now lol.

Are you on SS mojo?

omg its proper little meals it makes CD look like a form of torture lol
I did 5 weeks on CD SS+ then a buddy of mine on here tried slim and save said how nice it was...(I only like the cappucino shake and apple porridge from CD )
So I tried it loved it and did it for 2 weeks...but I was cheating myself a bit...ya know not weighing things...nibbling on ham and stuff
Im going on my hols at the end of august so I figured I should bite the bullet and go back to my CDC...so Im buying 4/5 days worth of CD products a week just so I can go to her and het weighed lol
If I wasnt going on hols I would just stick with slim and save but I dont wanna dupe myself out of even half a pound a week before my hols.
With slim and save you either have 4 packs a day or 3 packs and a small protein meal...you get a small skimmed milk alowance every day and a veg alowance....the meals are alll gorgeuss...the only choc bar Iv tried is lemon and yogurt and they were divine lol....like something you would buy from the shop!
the losses are exactly the same as CD (if you dont cheat yourself cos your not getting weighed in front of someone;p)
