I lost 3lb. I would have liked more but I have lost 16lb in 28 days. My CDC suggested I go onto SS+ as I am exercising (it's yoga once a week!). I personally don't feel ready for it, I am having the odd piece of chicken or egg when hungry and I asked her if I should eat these after exercise, she said not to pick and choose the plans, it's either SS or SS+. I'm not so sure, I feel I do what's right for my body (I eat when hungry!).... What do you guys think??
