Just back from my WI and iv lost 3lbs happy enough but if im honest was hopin for a bit more, still its a loss and im happy

Just think that is 1 stone and 10pounds already.

Next week you will probably hit the 2 stone mark.

It seems to be the norm looking at the weight losses to have a few great weeks and then one week where the loss isnt as high and then great weeks once more.atback:

Just add it all together and say it to yourself.
