Well last week we lost 52.75lbs between us, the typical weight of a 7 year old! an average loss of 3.1lbs each

Our total loss so far this year is now 830.8lbs - which is the same weight as Willy the Polar Bear at North Carolina Zoo! (For those who are interested, the average weight loss per week over the year is now 5.4lbs per week per person)

Another brilliant week everyone Between us we have lost 47.75lbs, the weight of a large border collie. We averaged 3.6lbs each this week

So far this year we have now lost 878lbs! which is the same weight as a cow!

Bum. I missed the weigh in this week. Was working away from home. Pah. Will weigh in MOnday morning. My original weigh in day was a Wednesday, then it migrated to a Friday. Ah well, should be good x
