Just popping in with this mornings result. Only 1lb off for me, and 2lb off for Scott, it's in the right direction though so cant complain it was gonna happen eventually, hehe. Here's to week 8, onwards and downwards

Hi I have been loving this diet lost a stone, ordered a load of shakes and I have now found out I have a medical condition (not related) that means I can't do vlc diets

As a result I have loads of shakes (strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, banana) that I can't use so I am selling.
