Hi guys I weighed my self yesterday and I was 15 but today my official weigh in I weighed 15-2 I had a few chippy shop chips lastnight n some batter off my sis burger



Is this why I cud have gained 2lb n what should I put down my weight is now????
 
This is the problem with weighing more than once a week, our weight does tend to fluctuate up and down, keep to same time, same clothes same scales etc etc.
(Note to self practice what you preach lol)
I doubt very much a few chips would make you gain 2 lb over night, personally I would set your wi day and stick to that!
 
It's probably water retention from the salt and fat in the chips!!Not real actual weight. You'd have had to have eaten 7000 cals over your maintenance to gain 2lb of actual fat. And that is a LOT of chippy!!! Glug loads of water and it will soon shift!!

I weigh more than once a week and personally it works very well for me ...... Keeps me on track and motivated as I'm an inpatient little so an so.....but you have to be aware that things like chippy chips do horrible stuff to the scales!!! Next time drink lots of water and keep off the scales for 48hrs lol Alcohol, large sugar hits and pretty much any kind of takeaway will all make the scales freak out :)

(especially Chinese.... Dear god I once 'gained' 8lb overnight from a chow mein!!!)
 
Okay thank you for the information i have put my weight as 15-2 then to be safe
