Lost 4.5lbs so far.... pleased as I was dieting before anyway so didn't expect the first week bigger loss..... 
Quite pleased with the xenical and not many side effects..... until last Sunday when we had lunch at friends! AS we were traveling 3 hours on the road I decided not to take a tablet - just in case! - didn't help! It must've still been in my system and I was up and down like a jack raqbbit all afternoon!
So..... on these occasions where getting to a loo is difficult - what do you do? take the pill and risk accidents - or leave them off - in which case - how long before?
