I saw this today and thought I'd share! I, as well as many others often get discouraged by the number on the scales - but that's not all there is to it!

It's always better to exercise as much as possible when trying to lose weight and of course eat healthily as well restricting the calories and/or carbohydrates. Exercising will put on muscle which weighs heavier than fat so it stands to reason that more muscle .. less fat will end up being an equalizer!
