Weight loss supplements

Hiya, it's my first day on exante total and I am keen to lose as much as possible with my two week pack (before trying to maintain the weight loss myself or continuing with a different exante program). I have some green coffee supplements which are supposed to be great as helping weight loss, but I am not sure if it will be okay to take them or would it affect the exante diet?

Thanks for any help :)

Hey, the Exante products are made to give you everything you need and with the maximum weight loss if you stick to it closely. I can't give you medical advice of course but I would consider whether you'd actually need the supplements. I don't know what green coffee supplements are meant to be doing in the body to maximize weight loss.
But I can tell you that the best weight loss is achieved when the body is in ketosis, burning fat for fuel. Which is exactly what Exante helps you to do. So I'd steer clear of anything other than the products.
Also, I would advise you to stick to Exante for a little longer than two weeks. It's tough going to begin with and two weeks is not a lot for your body to get into it. Even if you switch to working solution or similar after two weeks, I'd stick with it for at least a month so you can get used to the packs and educate yourself on how to carry on. No point starting a VLCD and then continuing with something that messes up ketosis again, it would be counter productive.

I hope you'll manage well on Exante and achieve what you're aiming for :)

Thanks for your reply- I am only starting on 2 weeks purely for cost reasons (I got my two weeks for £37 with a voucher), plus I don't want to do if for a few days give up and waste money if I bought anymore! I am hoping to find out what is palatable for me and just buy those next time.

I will steer clear of the supplements then- apparently green coffee is meant to be good for metabolism etc- well according to lots of celebs, but they will probably try absolutely anything!
