Just beware of the week 3 demons as i was 100% and had a stay the same in week 3. I had lost 8lb wk 1 and 5lb week 2 so i am hoping for a woosh this week when i get weighed.
Not everyone has this but i have seen a lot of people stay the same or have a very small loss in week 3 so just be prepared and do not let it get u down. This diet can be very random with its losses and this is all normal.
Water, water, water is all i can advise.
