I am totally new to here and not that au fait with online forums generally im afraid so do excuse any clangers! Lol
I am maintaining weight at a fairly low 7 stone 5-6 lbs but as i have very broad shoulders i look a lot bigger at 5'6 tall. i have been size 14 in the past but am now 8-10.
I tend to have treat/ cheat days on weekends and on weekdays i try to stick to homemade veg soups and plenty of raw cauliflower and carrots.
I also swapped tea and coffee for pepermint and fennel teas. they really helped with bloating and acid reflux as i rarely get them now.
Hoping for any useful tips on maintainence or very slight weight loss on a vegan diet ( 5 days a week then 2 to scoff burgers!) lolz..also interested to know of anyone also uses this type of diet?
