Weight watchers

Just rejoined weight watchers today after 7 months of eating like a pig.
Last time loosing the weight was a breeze, having time to exercise and plan out meals. Now work and studying take up most of my time.
Key is to never loose your train of track.

Hardest part will be no takeaways... Does anyone believe that you can still loose even if you have one bad night a week?

Hi clarebear, I think its takes a bit of trial and error. You have your weeklies to use but I found I could only use some of them otherwise lbs would not come off....little bu66ers that they are! In theory if you keep with your points they should come off but......good luck anyway hon.:vibes:

I lost 40.5lbs on slimming world in 26 weeks and piled every single lb back on hence why I am her on the ww boards! I am only on week 4 however I am comparing my losses to when i was on SW and they are a lot slower so far however I am losing weight an I am really enjoying what I'm eating

I've tried eating half of my weeklies and eating them all and I have lost both times. I am tempted to see what impact not eating them has on my losses but I'd have to plan very very carefully as I only get 26pp. Plus, I wouldn't be able to constantly keep up not having some of them as I need a life too!

My advice would be use all the weeklies if you want to.. After all that is what they are there for! To be used..

I have used all of mine for 3 weeks and one week i sts but thats cause i stupidly had a chinese buffet the night before weigh in :/

Personally the weeklies make me feel like i am not being deprived i can still go out and drink or have a take away.. :)
