Hello. The latest thread I can see for these products is 2008, please could someone let me know if the syn values have changed recently? The lemon and lime one looks yummy 2008 thread says 4-5.5 syns per pot depending on the flavour. Thanks! x

Lemon and lime is 3, strawberry vanilla 4.5 and chocolate vanilla 5.5
