Hi guys,
new to the forum and currently on day 1 of the Exante diet
i found this page last night and it gave me an idea of what to expect... or so i thought!
a bit about me, i'm a 21 year old male from Scotland, who has found himself in a position he never thought he'd be in. i used to work 3 jobs, all of which kept me active and i had an active gym routine until about september when i started getting problems with my back. i stopped exercising (partially pain, partially laziness) and found myself at 16stone.
Before Christmas, i went in for surgery on my back, and as a result i've gained over a stone (17.7) in that length of time which is just too much! So, whilst i am deemed unfit to go to the gym, i thought i would give myself a head start on weightloss and i've started Total Solution today.
it's been a difficult day. i normally didn't eat in the morning but today i decided a shake in the morning would seem logical. before my shift i had a Strawberry shake, tasted alright but i assume will take some getting used to! lunchtime i had one of the toffee and raisin bars which was just awesome, i didn't finish it however, as i got engrossed in a phonecall and then had to go back to work. all day i've had hunger pangs and it has been killer! came home and had Thai chicken soup which was OK, but by the end i found myself keen on chewing something. rather than helping myself to a slice of bread, i powered through it, and rather than rewarding myself with a biscuit or chocolate, i remembered i had some of my toffee bar - result !
so, tonight i have still around 1L of water to drink but that's it. nothing more, nothing less!
Anyway, i was just wondering what i can expect in my first week/month of TS?
any help would be appreciated, and i'm sorry for rambling on.
