Hi all thought i would take the duty of thread starting today.
Thought i may have blown it this weekend all though have stuck to the food calories I went a bit awol with the drink, Drunk vodka and diet coke coz its low cal but managed to drink the best part of two and a half bottles to myself over the weekend
Jumped on scales and i manged to lose 0.4 pounds not great but my god that could have been a very different story.
Anyway for todays menu I have had
B- Rice Krispies-200 cals
Lunch- Chicken and leek soup- 250cals
Dinner- think its gonna be a roast chicken and couscous (sp) salad no idea how many cals that is but hopefully under 400
Snacks-
Banana-90
Apple-70
Also gonna try for half and hour of intense exercise later
