What breads are healthy extras?

60g of any wholemeal bread (must be wholemeal not just "brown" or malted). Or 1 weightwatchers Petit Pain.

Also you can also have 2 of the nimble malted wholegrain- I find it much better than their wholemeal :)

2 slices of Weight Watchers thick sliced wholemeal bread.
1 x 60g coop wholemeal pitta bread.
60g of any wholemeal bread.
60g wholemeal roll.

There are a few other brands too but pretty much any 2 slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf can be used.
