Just wanted to say thanks for this site, ive found loads of really useful info. Ive got my first weigh in Wednesday and wondered what you guys thought of my average daily food intake and if i am doing enough to cover the 1/3 on superfree.
Breakfast
3 x scrambled eggs with skimmed milk from A allowance
1/2 tin of tomatoes
Mushrooms
1/2 tin baked beans
Lunch
2 pieces brown 800gram bread 1 from B choice other a sin
Tin of sardines in tomoato sauce
cucumber
banana
apple
Snack
Apple
Dinner
Baked potato
1/2 tin of tomatoes
1/2 tin of baked beans
Cauliflower
Broccolli
Supper
Muller light
Apple
Thats about an average day, im not using sins apart from extra slice of bread. Im 15 stone 12 at moment so ive got a long way to go yet. Any thoughts on if im doing the right things above appreciated.
