Hi strawberry I drink lots of green tea, sometimes have diet coke, and have skinny cow hot choc as part of a snack.

hi strawberry, i usually have loads of water, tap or sparkling (fills me up more as its fizzy) or black coffee.

Mind you I drink far too much coffee and I was thinking about just sticking to water for a few days.
Might be the coffee thats putting me in such a bad mood!

Yep I count the calories in diet coke...but its only 1.3 calorie per can

hiya i try to drink between 2 - 3 litres of non added sugar dilute juice, plus I have at least one cup of tea, and probably one can on coke zero or diet pepsi!

I have about 2 large cafetieres of coffee each day plus a couple of cans of diet coke.

I do drink some water but I don't very often feel thirsty. I know I should drink a lot more but for some reason I just don't.

I know on Atkins diet drinks are thought to be the work of the devil and that all the fizz corodes your teeth but some times life is just too short to worry....
