HI All,
Well lost a pound in the first week then four in the second week and this week the four pounds went back on! I did do one DD this week but to be honest my UD are in line with a typical weight loss programme so I have should have lost or at least stayed the same. I am not sure why I have gained weight. Any thoughts?
Factors to consider:
Is the body adjusting and it will balance out soon enough?

Factors to consider:
- Body after health issues/meds is still adjusting
- Gained muscle due to TRX (hard care navy seals training for an hour!)
- Last two days excessive water retention
- The last two weeks I have been sweating more than usual and hair is really greasy though normal dry
Is the body adjusting and it will balance out soon enough?
