Basically if you have less than 20 pounds to lose then anything above 4 pounds in 14day is fine
If you have 20-50 to lose than anything above 6 is fine
Over 50 pounds and anything above 8 is fine.
This is taken from “Dr Atkins new Diet Revolution” P158 “Metabolic Resistance”
It may help those who think because they did not lose much on week two.
Dr Atkins takes it over a 14 day period.
For those (like me) who have had very small loses, there are suggestions in there to get us going.
