I think that's only if it's pigs kidney - had a similar experience once and came to that conclusion !!

Can't stand offal or meat like tongue. Only eat lean cuts of meat, fillet steak, skinless boneless chicken etc

Cant bear cockles, anchovies, mussels, squid, oysters etc

My husband loves kidneys but the smell of them cooking makes me retch, they smell like what they create!
