Hi all, can anyone suggest any food ideas for week 5 of exante ,i know they have a few recipes on the website but wanted more ideas also which are the best salad dressings to use to stay in ketosis?
I would go for low carb, high protein and low fat. Omelettes are a favourite of mine, or lots of ham, egg, tuna salads etc, but that's what i eat to stay in ketosis. Not sure on dressings but if you looked at the carb and fat count and try to keep it as low as possible x
I am on day 5 and thinking about Week 5 too!!
Do we have to eat all three meals or its 2 shakes and evening meal? Also do you eat the whole week or one day?
What happens if you do not eat that week and carried on with the shakes? Does weight loss slow down?
I had a similar question, I was wondering if you have a weekend off after couple of weeks - is this good idea or bad? ill it help keep weight loss going?
