I read on another thread that you were eating MIM's, is it lo carb bread? Cheese on toast sounds lovely!

It stands for muffin in a minute (or muffin in a mug) - made with flaxseed which sounds strange but you can get it in big supermarkets or H&Barrett. There are videos on Youtube you can look for and it can be made sweet or savoury - google it and you'll find plenty of recipes
