What to have with salmon?

Anyone have any ideas of what to have with a salmon fillet? I've been trying to think but have been coming up with nothing really. I'm not very inventive with veg at times!

I have stir fried leeks, broccoli, pepper and spinach with soy sauce and a bit of chilli.

Ooh that sounds lovely! My mum used the last of the leek last night Not sure I'm brave enough to venture out into the snow!

Well planned to have that tonight and turns out that the last of the soy sauce was used and it wasn't put on the shopping list so we don't have any. Salmon is already in the oven so will just have to have the veg dry =/

I steam my salmon with chillies on then add them to steamed veg, any kind and love it. I could eat it every day
