What's classed as a fat free/low fat chocolate powder?

My friend sent me a brownie recipe yesterday & said about the chocolate powder.

I couldn't see any fat free coco powder/hot chocolate just options less than 40kls or Horlicks light???

I managed to get reduced fat cocoa in tesco and it's lovely in brownies or as a hot drink
If not its the dukan website. X
