I wonder if anybody can advise on this.
Now we are back on food, we need to be looking at a low carb/low fat, high protein type diet.
Is it OK to use Whey Protein to help get enough protein into the body (something like Holland and Barretts), or are there any hidden nasties in there that can mess things up?
I know whey protein is more associated with body building and I've used it in the passed when I wanted to aid recovery and help build muscle, but that isn't really the case now..I've no intention of working out with heavy weights like I used to do (not able now to be honest after losing the weight).
If anybody has some advice, that would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark
