Which book? Original or new plan

Just been looking at getting the book to read. There is the white one and the original orange one.

The white one says it's an alternative and a little less restritxtive.

Which is the best book? Which plan do you follow?
 
They're fairly similar - the white one is less sciency and not actually written by Dr A so it will recommend brand sponsored things like the Atkins bars which D A wouldn't.

Personally I'd recommend reading the original plan for a more solid grounding. The things the new book allows like a bit more dairy during induction can sometimes stall people - best to start out as clean and green as possible and add things once you're losing.
