Which cottage cheeses are free?

I have tried an advanced search for this and it brought nothing up, so apologies if it has been done before.

I would like to know which pots of cottage cheeses are free (e.g. from Tesco etc.) I want to be sure before I make the SW quiche.

Is this a stupid question then? forgive me if it is. I'm not going to a group so I'm relying on information here. The book says fat free natural cottage cheese. Is that like Tesco Light Choices or is that still too much fat?

No course its not, i asked the same a while ago.

I have been told Tesco light choices cottage cheese is okay (plain)

Tesco Light Choices Chive and Onion is also free but the ones with added extras eg chilli or pineapple have a small syn value.

Yes I wondered this also as I had bought a pot of natural cottage cheese (smartprice) and it didnt say low fat on the front, but on closer inspection it does. It is listed in the food directory as free.It just isnt obvious that it is low fat until you look more carefully.

Does anyone know if the Longley Farm virtually fat free cottage cheese with chives if free?

Just found it on syns online and it is free.
