... Is it the low calories or the low carbs?

I think it's the low carbs that keep you in ketosis and the low calories that makes you lose weight......

Am I right?

It's the carbs.
 
Thanks starlight. So if I ate too many calories on a WS day but stayed low carb chances are I'd still be in ketosis but weight loss won't be so good.... Is that right?
