Which muller lights are free please?

I stood in tesco last night and saw the big berries multi pack on offer but I didnt know if I could buy them. I want the free ones really.

Which flavours are free?
is there a thread that will tell me which rae synned and how much?

I think all are free apart the ones with chocolate in - they are a couple of syns! X

There is a syn free list of youghurts in the syns thread above.

The Mullerlite with a cherry layer is 2½ syns the others are free.
