White sauce....

So I'm getting quite tired of tomato based sauces! I want to make meatballs and I would normally make sauce with low fat soft cheese and stock, would this work with quark?

I've bought a tub this week but I've never used it x

I think it would? Season it really well. I use fat free cheese & chive cottage cheese for my sw lasagne white sauce x
