why can't I change my profile

I am trying to change my profile and the site keeps telling me I don't have permission (or something like that). Anyone know why??

Christina, did you try going to user cp on the top left of the blue bar at the top of the page? You will be able to make some changes in there, but as rainbow said, you need 50 posts or more to have more control

I think you can put a pic on at 20 posts (maybe wrong) not albums and cant view others profiles til 50 posts!
