I've kept to plan, noted down my syns (no more than six a day) yet still feel guilty, as if I've eaten loads of "baddies". For example, the other night I had a huge portion of chicken and fennel (lovely, will post recipe soon) for 2syns (it was actually two portions together as I thought it didn't look much when I froze it :sigh
. There was nothing in it but onions, fennel, tinned toms, four chicken thighs and 150ml wine (just under 4syns, so 1 syn per portion). Only the wine was syns so the rest is ok - yeah? Yet I've felt guilty ever since. Changed my breakfasts too as they were getting too similar, and again feel guilty.
Is it:
a) I really am a greedy pig whose eaten too much (as will be seen at WI:sigh

b) SW is now feeling like a way of eating and not a "diet"?
c) Auntie's on her way (as will be seen at WI

Am I the only one who feels this way? We're going out for dinner with my old boss next week and I'm already panicking!
