Just moved to step 2 where I'm having 3 Cwp meals in day plus chicken and veg for tea. I lost a stone on SS over last month and as BMI has lowered I thought it best to go to step 2 - I would say I've put on 4 lbs but this takes me over my target. Do you suggest I go back onto SS or wait and see what happens over next few days? Please help as I have bought smaller clothes : (
