Wicked Pig and Frozen yogart - not together!!

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew the syn value for Wicked pig Firecracker chilli flavour - they are on offer in Tesco at the moment and are a bit like fridge raders!

Also I would like to know if anyone knows the syn value for Dale Farm Spelga 2% fat strawberry flavour frozen yogart they have 114 cal per packet and are delish.

If anyone can help me I would be so grateful

not sure on the wicked pig.

But the frozen yoghurt will be 5.5 syns per packet.
