Will this work???

Hey all

Just another yoyo dieter looking for the one haha the diet that makes it all worthwhile and melts away the pounds

I won't bore you with the usual lost weight. But put it back on blah blah just wanted to ask if I eat 'normally' and burnt like 2000 caps per day in cardio would this be enough of a deficit to actually cause a loss????

I'm going off the 3500 cals = 1 pound theory here and upping the cals to cover for my cal intake

Can it happen and if so I've discovered the plan that works for me!!!! Yay

All advice most appreciated

Muchas gracias

Hi,I downloaded 'my fitness pal' and since then calories make more sence to me.last week I wasn't hungry, eat pretty normal and exercised.I lost 3lbs and didn't feel like I was dieting.it beats weight watchers and slimming world and I now understand how to maintain my weight when I get to goal.not sure that this has helped you,but good luck :) x

Burning 2000 cals a day would be seriously impressive! I think in theory yes you could eat 'normally' and lose if you create that deficit but it's probably not sustainable long term unless you're marathon training or something like that!!
