Hey all
Just another yoyo dieter looking for the one haha the diet that makes it all worthwhile and melts away the pounds
I won't bore you with the usual lost weight. But put it back on blah blah just wanted to ask if I eat 'normally' and burnt like 2000 caps per day in cardio would this be enough of a deficit to actually cause a loss????
I'm going off the 3500 cals = 1 pound theory here and upping the cals to cover for my cal intake
Can it happen and if so I've discovered the plan that works for me!!!! Yay
All advice most appreciated
Muchas gracias
